The business was founded by Daniel Lazar, a licensed builder and qualified carpenter with more than a decade of hands on experience across residential, commercial and maintenance projects.

Daniel’s background is grounded in practical delivery, not theory. Beginning his career as a carpenter and progressing into licensed building and project leadership, he has developed a reputation for structured coordination, clear documentation and steady on site management. His focus is on ensuring that projects are organised properly from the outset, with realistic planning and disciplined execution.

Supporting leadership is a team of qualified tradespeople, supervisors and project coordinators who bring specialised expertise across carpentry, electrical, plumbing, maintenance and commercial works. Each team member operates within clearly defined responsibilities, contributing to a coordinated and accountable delivery environment.
